Weather had already started to deteriorate in mid November when this job was initiated by owner. Contractor stated in early December and worked whenever possible. Considering the weather the job was completed in a timely manner. Quality was very good and all construction debris was removed from the site. I would use this contractor again if I have other work.

Mr. Hall does a good job.Glad we had it done. He was able to work around our schedule of repairs that needed to occur while he was completing our job.Would hire him again.

I had called another company first. When I challenged them about the quoted price, they reduced the price for the job, but would not provide a detailed written estimate. I checked Angies List and called Gem City. He came right out and gave an estimate much lower than the other company. He seemed honest and trustworthy so I had him do the job. I was not disappointed. As soon as the weather was good enough, he came right out and did the job. I am pleased with the work.

I had received 4 estimates and several no-shows before Ron arrived. He came highly recommended by someone he had done work for several years ago. I was a little bit leery initially because his estimate was $4,000 less than the next highest estimate but he works out of his home and has very little overhead. I drove around and saw 3 samples of his work and finally decided to follow my gut and hire Ron to do the job. He was very pleasant to talk with and very accommodating to any requests I had. He also made suggestions along the way and was more than willing to adjust things as the job progressed. He also hung 2 new lights and a mailbox.
