Description of Work: "Designed and is in process of renovation of stairway and foyer. Erich Eckley is a stickler for adhering to building code requirements, so my stair was rebuilt three times in 72 hours, until it met his (and my) expectations. Erich tells clients up front he is a construction manager, and uses a select group of subcontractors to actually do the work. But the people he hires are top-notch, and share his view of doing things correctly. I'm very satisfied with his work and his work ethic, and would recommend him without reservation. | | | |"
