Dr. Sue provided not only excellent professional service but more importantly a personal touch that was so helpful when dealing with our sick, older cat. She easily spent an hour on the phone with me to discuss possible diagnoses and subsequent care choices. Dr. Sue was compassionate and kind while ultimately providing end of life care for our familiy pet. I highly recommend her veterinary practice. It was fun interacting with the pets she keeps in the office. And I commend Dr. Sue for her health protocols during these Covid-19 times. I felt safe visiting her office seeing door handles cleaned after every customer entry/exit, with only one customer at a time in the clinic. Thank you Dr. Sue, we truly appreciate you!

It is excellent. She seems to have a connection with the animals and they respond well to her. She is very thorough, and she is correct in her diagnosis. I would definitely use her again.

She is a wonderful vet. It was an emergency, and she did not even make me go to emergency services. I called her frantically, and she asked me to bring the cat in and told me she would try to unblock it. She told me there was a probability that I would have to take the cat to the emergency room for surgery. She was very patient, gentle and very sweet and did a wonderful job. She put a catheter in him with him awake. She took her time with me and my cat, unlike other vets. We stood there for about 45 minutes trying to get a catheter in him to try to break that loose so that I would not have to rush him to some other vet or emergency service. She did her very best to be cost efficient; if I would have had to take him to emergency, I would have had to pay $300 to her and another $600 for the emergency. I love my cat, and he is still alive today because of her. I would rate her highly and would use her again in the future.

She is great. If she can't fix what is wrong, she will immediately refer you to a specialist.

Dr. Sue is the best. I can always get in the same day, and if I'm early for my appointment, I usually don't have to wait. She is a caring vet who also has her own animal rescue non-profit. It is just her and her husband, so you're not paying outrageous prices to have multiple people handle your animal. She also always gives multiple treatment options--usually starting with the most conservative and goes from there. I spent years feeling like I was getting ripped off by vets, and I am so happy to have found Dr. Sue.
