This is an individually-owned local business. He as been in the area for many years. He was early for the appointment, very professional and helpful. I would recommend to others (and I have).

I couldn't get into my house. They responded very quickly. He got here ever earlier than he thought he would be. He got right to work. He also taught me something I didn't know; that if I took the receipt to my insurance company, they might reimburse me for the amount. I did what he suggested, and they did reimburse me. I was very thankful for the information. I never would have thought about doing that. He seemed like a very good, Christian person. The funny part is that my spare keys were also in the car, in my purse! I would use him again if I needed to.

Very good service. Was able to quickly figure out the problem and fix it. Also suggested I call my insurance company to see if I could get reimbursed for work, which they did.
