Computer Repair
THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DIAGNOSE THE PRINTER AND REPAIR IT IF POSSIBLE. I CALLED THEM TWICE, AND EACH TIME, THEY PUT ME OFF AND SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN IT WAS READY. THEY KEPT IT 3 MONTHS, AND FINALLY, I WENT TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP, BECAUSE I WAS TIRED OF WAITING. THEY HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO REPAIR IT, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, SO I WOULD KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME.
