This company has been a nightmare of aggravation.. We have never received a correct invoice from this company yet. Our service has been interrupted for failure to pay on a couple of occasions, when payment was made on time. They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor, they are never available. They apparently do not keep records of previous call made, you have to begin from scratch every time you call. The wait time to reach a representative is usually around 20 minutes. We were told on one occasion we had to pay 3 months in advance for service to continue, which was a result of there error. We are now being told that it wasn't a payment in advance but a security deposit for failure to pay. I would recommend to any one looking for dumpster service to save yourself a headache and look elsewhere
