Tucker treated a few lawns for me in Bedford all through the 2014 season, and did a wonderful job. The lawns never looked better. They keep it simple, they service around every month and a half or so in spring through fall and their billing is very prompt so there is no confusion.

I called them because I wanted them to aerate my grass and patching. He talked me into getting a whole new lawn which ended up being quite pricey and insisted that if I had gotten the job I wanted then I wouldn't be happy and would end up getting a new one anyway. Now the grass looks worse than it did before I called them. I did everything they told me to do an every time I called them they didn't come out to check the lawn to see what was going on and I was getting weeds. He waited so long to aerate the lawn and then the rain came and the lawn got soggy with the holes in it, so when the Spring came I had spots and weeds and one day I was outside and they showed up out of the blue to do fertilization and I complained about the lawn and I told them I didn't want them out for service and that the lawn looked bad and he said "Fine" and he left and I never heard from them again. They never took the blame for it. I spent $5000 for the new lawn.
