This service was under warranty. This is where I bought my car. The workers were very good. Their communication was excellent.

I liked the service and the way we got treated. The grade is basically for the sales person and the way we handled everything. We got a great price on that car. The guy who was dealing with the financing tried to sell us insurance, and extended warranty. He was a little unscrupulous in the way he was doing. He started explaining all of the things of the insurance plan before explaining it was an option. The sales guy was great. When they checked my credit they asked for an 84 month financing. We never asked for that. I thought that was wrong for him to do that. They were great in responding and getting the sale done and at the price we wanted to get it out. The payments are reasonable and it really is a great interest rate.

They are close to my house. The staff was okay. The facility is very nice.

It was more than what I wanted to pay. They could offer better prices.

Could have blown engine for no oil - they didn't replace - it did not leak or burn up. Just no oil, Air filter not replaced properly and fuel/air ratio out of whack. Both times took the car to a neighborhood guy instead to fix their mistakes. I'm also a single mom. My teenager took the car up after I scheduled appointments, once my 18 y/o son and the other my 17 y/o daughter. Neither were treated respectfully. Son asked what he was there for (hint: I scheduled an appointment and was asked what service i needed) and daughter was told she didn't have an appointment (yes we did) Toyota of Bedford lost their future sales ...

I like to take my car there because that's where I purchased my car and I feel they are fair and do a good job. In that way they have a record of the regular maintenance of the car so they know how well it is maintained. That's why I take it back to Toyota of Bedford. The service technicians are always courteous and helpful.

They do a tire rotation, oil change, fluid inspection, etc. if need be. They are wonderful. They take good care of you. There is a little lounge you can sit and have coffee. The people there are great too.

It was pretty good. It was done on time so they didn't keep me there for a long time. The service was free. I asked for a vehicle that had been discontinued, it was a 2015 Venza and they had to find one for us. They got one within a couple of days. They were able to find exactly what we were looking for and I got a really good deal on it. The after part of the sale which is usually traumatizing actually went a lot better than I thought it would. It wasn't terribly high pressure. I also got some auto detailing done. This was the first time I used this auto dealer. They were very responsive and accommodating.

The inspection found many things wrong with car, including some important safety items, that if repaired, would have overshot our budget by about $2000.   Also, the dealer's asking price was about $1400 more than the Kelley Blue Book sale price for private owners.  We asked the salesman to lower the price by a substantial amount, but the salesman refused saying that the dealer's overhead costs prevented the dealership from lowering the cost by anything more than $200.    So, we left without purchasing the car.    Hard pressed to say what the dealer's overhead costs were for the particular car we looked at.    It had been on the lot for less than 24 hours and along with all the repairs that were needed, the car was filthy inside.

I originally went in for an oil change and also informed the associate that the car was pulling very noticiably in one direction.
I was told that they could do an alignment check because the car might need a wheel alignment. I agreed to have a four wheel alignment along with the oil change after they provided info showing the alignment to be very bad.  I passed on the other maintenance that was recommended.
     After getting my car back I drove off and felt the car pulling just as bad as it was before I had the alignment work done. I took the car back right away and told the service rep that it was still pulling and I was told that sometimes that will happen depending on the road where I may be driving.  It did not seem as if it was taken for a test drive before or after having the work done. I also expressed that even after getting the car back that I was willing to pay for whatever was causing the car to pull to one side but was not asked if they could look at the car again or if I wanted to reschedule for someone to look at it later.
     I realized about a week later that a defective tire was causing the problem. It actually went flat while my wife was driving it. It was a good thing it did not happen while my wife, son and I  went out of town following the work that was done. 
     Just to note,it was not recommended during the time that work was being done that I have any of the tires replaced.
