 + -1 moreHOWARD WAS AN HOUR EARLY, DIDN''T BRING ANY INFO WITH HIM AND JUST WALKED THROUGH MY HOUSE AND THREW OUT A NUMBER WITHOUT ANY MEASUREMENTS, CALCULATIONS OR NOTES. DIDN''T EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS CARD TO WRITE DOWN THE QUOTE AND DIDN''T HAVE ANY SAMPLES EITHER. THEIR QUOTE WAS FABULOUS COMPARED TO OTHERS BUT IT WAS FOR AN INFERIOR WINDOW (LOWER R VALUE AND U FACTOR) I STOPPED BY THEIR FACTORY ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK TO SEE THE WINDOW, THEY GAVE ME A WRITTEN QUOTE AT THAT TIME.
