TERRIBLE SERVICE!

They were able to repair my TV. I was very pleased with their service. This is the second time I've used their services. I received my TV back in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others for TV repair.

I was going to bring my 32" television in, but when I called, he asked me what was wrong and I explained. He told me to go find the "SAP" button on my remote. My son was able to find the button, and turned off the "SAP." That worked perfectly, and I have sound on all channels now. Everything works wonderfully now, and I am so pleased. I had used him in the past before his business moved, and he has always been extremely helpful and honest. I couldn't be happier with him, and he is the only television repair person I will use.

Very prompt service. I chose to bring the TV in myself to avoid the home pick up charge. Deposit was $30 that went to the cost of servicing the set. Brought it in on Saturday towards closing and was finished on Monday.

Sales and service were very professional, responsive, high quality, and easy to deal with.

I didn't have him check anything and the VCR didn't have sound and the DVD player wasn't installed correctly. We didn't notice until about two months after.

They arrived on time and they were courteous. On one occasion they called and let us know before hand that they were going to be late. Also they told us before hand what the cost would be. They set our TV back up after the repair.

Overall he is a very good guy. When he cam out the second time he didn't charge me. The first time he came out it was a very reasonable price. He was very kind and professional.

They were excellent in every way They were very prompt and friendly. The estimate was right on and they had the TV back within a reasonable time. I was very happy.

He was a little slow, but he did the fix the television.

Very polite on the initial phone call I made to their business. Arrived when they said they would, were polite and did a complete test of the TV and DVD player. Left the TV just as they found it.

Steve's TV picked up the TV and gave me an estimate for the repair. This cost $20, which was deducted from the total cost of the repair and was well worth it to me to not have to deal with lugging about a 27'' TV. They had to order the part but were still able to have the TV repaired in just under 1 week. They delivered the TV and hooked it back up to the satellite, DVD player, etc. and made sure it worked. They even offered to give me a free loaner TV while mine was being repaired. I was very pleased with their service.

Everything went fine. They gave me an estimate over the phone, which was exactly what they charged me. The were able to come right out and pick up the set (for an extra $20, which I thought was very reasonable, my set is a 36'' tube and it took 2 guys to handle it. I never could have gotten it in by myself). It was fixed and returned in 4 days, and they were very accommodating on delivery (they were able to call me when they were 15 minutes from my home, so I could meet them without wasting a lot of time). They were able to disconnect and reconnect all of the wiring, which was not easy, as my TV is in a cabinet with difficult access to the wiring. They fixed everything that was wrong, and they offer a 90 day warranty on the repair.

EXCELLENT! THE PHONE CONTACT WAS EXCELLENT, THEY WENT OVER THE SYMPTOMS OF WHAT THE TV DOES BEFORE BLACK OUT. THEY TOLD ME AN ESTIMATE, PICKED UP AND DELIVERED THE HUGE TV, REINSTALLED IT, AND CHECKED IT FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE LEAVING. NICE GUYS, THE BEST!

Top of the line service. Very professional people.

We dropped off the units at the store and the man there was very friendly. He said they would call with an estimate. He did call in a couple of days and the estimate was reasonable so we said to go ahead with the work. They called the next day and said the work was done. There was a bit of confusion over the price quoted on the phone and what we were actually told the final price was. An agreement was made to split the difference, which was about $20. They said they would rather make their customers happy than have a dispute over a few dollars. We are very satisfied with the work and with the service. We would recommend this company.

Excellent service. They picked it up the same day I called and dropped it back off at my house 3 days later. I'm not sure whether the price was high or not. I didn't check other providers because it was the weekend before Thanksgiving and I wanted it fixed right away.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

WE WERE IMPRESSED BY THEM. THEY WERE PATIENT WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO PICK UP A SMALL UNIT AND IT WAS A HUGE FLOOR UNIT (I THOUGHT THEY'D KNOW FROM THE MODEL #). THEY WERE DILIGENT ABOUT CONTACTING ME. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE GUYS WHO CAME TO MY HOME WERE RESPECTFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE WERE VERY GRATEFUL THEY WERE DETERMINED TO FIX OUR OLDER TV AS ''THEY DON'T MAKE THEM LIKE THAT ANYMORE!'' WE THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

IT TOOK AWHILE TO GET THEM OUT TO MY HOUSE. I PREVIOUSLY GAVE THEM A C RATING. BUT ONCE THEY FINALLY CAME- THEY TOLD US WE DID NOT NEED A NEW TV ANTENNA AND JUST SPLIT THE WIRE FOR US. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR HONESTY.
