Snow Removal
Payment was accepted but work was never completed. During the first 2 snow falls where the snow reached 2 inches, no one arrived to plow driveway. This occurred on Dec 18 and Jan 1. I contacted the company on Dec 19, Dec 20 and Jan 2 to inform them that the work had not been completed. I received only 1 call in return on Dec 31. A representative of the company called me on Dec 31 to inquire about why I asked the credit card company to dispute the payment. The representative apologized that I was unhappy and assured me that plowing would begin with the next snow fall. This did not occur.
