REGAL CARPET & TILE

The worse company that I have dealt with in my entire life , They only wanted to get the sale done and get the money , They shipped a bad quality porcelain and washed them hands and forward my complain to the manufacture, they kept me in circle between the manufacture and them claim department , I have filled a claim with Arizona Attorney General and they never answered the claim , I will never deal whit that company again and I will never recommend some one to deal with them , They lied to me and change words and The owner threatened me that he will sue me if I write them a bad review, All the company stuff is well trained to wash them hands when it came to my complain

We were not pleased.  They did a terrible installation job and we spent close to $8000 in our whole house.  It is pitiful.  The people notice it because it is that bad.  We put them on Angie's List and they called us back.  They sent another guy to get it fixed; but when he got here, he said it would become worse.  They tore them apart and redid it.  It was a fair price.  We thought it was comparable.  We could have looked for cheaper ones.  They didn't do anything until we got in touch with Angie's List.  They did finish on time.

They had sent our 4 different installers on 4 separate occasions. The seams and doorways were poorly installed. We have hardwood and tile floors that butt up against the carpet and the carpet hangs over and recedes in certain places, and it doesn't look good. I had an inspector come out and he said the job was done very poorly. I haven't had any success contacting him again to get the report from his inspection. We had the owner come out to look at it, and he thought the seams are fine. I really think this is poor business practice on the owner's part. I would have hoped he would have been concerned with completing the job to his customer's satisfaction. He claimed that he had no knowledge of this inspector that came out to look at our carpet. And he said that he had actually forgotten about our case. We've been unable to contact him since he came out to look at our carpet, so I left a message saying that I was going to have to contact Angie's List, and we have yet to hear back from him about our complaint. The workers were very good, but the owner wasn't very nice to deal with.

THE CARPET LOOKS GOOD.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE HAD SCHEDULE LIMITATIONS WHICH WE INFORMED THEM OF, BUT THEY KEPT TRYING TO SCHEDULE DURING TIMES WE WEREN'T AVAILABLE. THEY DID BECOME MORE FLEXIBLE AFTER I MADE THEM AWARE OF MY FRUSTRATION. THE CARPET AND THE INSTALLATION WENT QUITE WELL. WE PURCHASED A REMNANT, AND THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION IN THIS AREA, UNLIKE MANY OTHER COMPANIES.

THEY HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS. EVERYTHING WENT ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE. HAVE USED THEM PREVIOUSLY AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED.

THEY WERE HORRIBLE. THEY DID NOT COME WHEN SCHEDULED AND I LOST A WHOLE DAY OF WORK SINCE THEY SHOWED UP AT THE VERY END OF THE DAY. REGAL HAD NOT GOOD EXCUSES OR EXPLAINATION ABOUT WHY THEY BOTHER TO ACTUALLY SCHEDULE A TIME IF THEY CANT STICK TO IT.
