Ness Maid service is wonderful. Both people were polite and worked hard. I could not of asked for better service. Great price and pride in their work!

We have been pleased with this cleaning service and will continue using them.

The only one that I ended up using was Ness Cleaning. I think she cleans my house for 90. They do an excellent job. I would give them 'A's on everything. They are very professional and very responsible. I use them every month. It is an ongoing thing.

They were very thorough and very neat. They showed up on time. They were very professional. They were very reasonable on price. They were very punctual.

I had them come once before and I was not too satisfied that time. However, this time the two women who came did a thorough job.

Vanessa contacted me after my previous housecleaning service went out business. She had worked with them in the past, when some of their workers had called off. She offered me a reasonable estimate. She cleans my house every other week. She is thorough and pays attention to detail. She has been willing to clean additional parts of the house if I am having company.

WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ESTIMATE GIVEN WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHERS IN THE INDUSTRY, BUT THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS ABOVE AVERAGE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THOROUGH THEY WERE. THIS STARTED OUT AS A SPECIAL TREAT NOW IT'S A NECESSITY. I'M HOOKED!

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO A TOTAL CLEAN OUT; FRIDGE, STOVE, MOP FLOORS, VACUUM, ETC. THEY DIDN'T DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB ON SOME OF THE APPLIANCES AND DIDN'T TOUCH ANY OF THE WINDOW SILLS. I MADE THEM COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. THE ESTIMATE WAS FOR $225 AND THEY LEFT A BILL FOR $275. I TOLD THEM I WOULD PAY ONLY THE $225. THEY CAME BACK AND FINISHED EVERYTHING UP, BUT I DIDN'T APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK.
