This My Guys team is our go-to for plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning, both small and large-scale repairs and replacements. They've helped us in two homes - a century home in Bedford, with typical eccentric problems (forced water heating, radiators) and also a fairly new home, where they've repaired our water heater, furnace, and air-conditioning units. They're friendly, thorough, helpful in communications, and quick. I suppose their prices are typical professional, reasonable.

Everyone needs to know that when it comes to an amazing plumber Phil Garofoli is unbelieveable. If you call Our Guys you need to request Phil talk about honest and sincere and an amazing plumber.

Rep was knowledgeable and did a thorough review and kept trip charge minimal. Waiting for final review of estimates.

This company has changed their company name 3 times they are extremely over-priced. I will never call them again. I feel duped. All the man did was repair a bathroom faucet. The charge for thi was $261.56. OUT RAGEOUS. Hope the Company goes broke.

The professional they sent out was courteous and got the job done very well.

Very expensive but did the job I agreed to. In hindsight, I should have received several quotes to compare prices. $680 to attach drain pipe to double bowl kitchen sink and snake about 10 feet of sewer line. Job took a little less than 3 hours. They did have to come back to fix a small leak on one of the installed pipes. In their defense, they did come back the same day to fix the leak and the material quality seemed to be good.
