They are reliable and prompt. They clean well but they're also very friendly. The price is excellent.

All that needed to be done was dusting the floors and a wipe down of the bathroom. I came home and my kitchen floor was still dirty and my bathroom had not been done. That made me never want to use them again. A few days later, I got a bill in the mail which said they were charging me for 7 people hours. I hadn't agreed to that, so I called the president who signed the letter. I stated the bill wasn't the same as our agreement. If they wanted authorization, they should have called me. They didn't make me pay. Things weren't dusted. I expected my kitchen floor to look better and the wood floors to look great, but they did the basic minimum job. They aren't trustworthy. When she called to schedule, she expected vacation time. I will never use them again.

They sent out three ladies and were supposed to do a deep cleaning of the whole house but it ended up being a surface cleaning. They should have gotten more work done in the time and with three people.

Work went extremely well, the house looked and smelled incredible, and the employees were polite and professional. They also looked professional which is very important.

We love this company. We have used several other housecleaning companies in the past and have had mixed results. Merry Maids is a little more expensive than smaller companies, but they pay their employees a fair wage with benefits. Also, they are very reliable and thorough. We used Merry Maids in Spartanburg, SC, before we moved to Cleveland, so when we were fed up with all the other house cleaners, we called them to see if they would come to our part of the city (University Hts). I was so happy when they said they would. Frankie is very professional and responsive, and all of the cleaning crews we've had have been very good. If there is ever any problem just call the office and explain, and they will gladly fix the problem. They are punctual, responsive, trustworthy, and very nice. What more could you want? Trusting someone with your house is a big thing. I trust this company and am very happy with their work.

I called at the last minute, and I was able to get an appointment in two days. Two women were sent (and a third one joined later). It took them several hours to clean the house, but they did an excellent job. The women were quite nice and extremely thorough. They made sure the cat didn't get out, too!

A LITTLE CONFUSION WHEN WE FIRST GOT IN TOUCH. OTHERWISE VERY SATISFACTORY.

Initial cleaning cost $178, and I had to have them come back to re-do several areas. Since then they have come bi-weekly. Even though extensive time was spent with representative going over how I wanted things done, every week something was missed -- basic things like dust under the bed (bare floors) dust on baseboards in entryway, not vacuuming under sofa cushions, and poorly-cleaned shower stall. After having them back a second time, I learned they do not use bleach which is the only way to clean shower stall tile. It began to be more of a frustration than a help, because I always had to inspect the place after they came. I also felt they were expensive for the number of rooms they cleaned. The worst was when they closed the door to the bathroom where the cat's litter box is kept. Frankie is lovely to deal with and the women were always polite.

TWO LOVELY, EFFICIENT WOMEN DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB IN NO TIME.

FRANKIE WAS WONDERFUL ON HER INITIAL VISIT - HER PROFESSIONALISM CERTAINLY SHOWS. MY CLEANING TEAM - HEADED BY RACHEL - HAS DONE AN INCREDIBLE JOB. CLEAN, ORDERLY, BETTER THAN ANY OTHER SERVICE I HAVE USED. THEY GOT DIRT AND DUST I USUALLY MISS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND RECOMMEND THIS GROUP HIGHLY.

THESE PEOPLE ARE REAL PROFESSIONALS! THEY CAME FOR THE INITIAL CLEAN AND THEY WERE GREAT. FRANKIE THE OWNER IS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE TAKES THIS BUSINESS VERY SERIOUSLY AND IT SHOWS! I LOOK FORWARD TO THEIR BI-WEEKLY VISITS.
