The project went extremely well, and they were responsive with emails. They did their best to prevent dirt in our home and cleaned up afterward.

I was told to work with John Wargo. When I called to ask about hours, he told me that I really should make an appointment because it might take up to 2 hours and he had to leave at noon. I arrived 5-10 minutes before our 10:00 appt. There were a number of salespersons working that Saturday who could have helped the woman in front of me at the counter. John was behind the counter. He asked if I had an appt.; when I told him with whom, he said that he was John and he would help me as soon as he took care of the other woman. He spent about an hour with her, and then tried to rush me through my selections. In the end, he got part of my order wrong. I'm wondering why I even had an appointment.
After the fireplace was installed, we couldn't find the instruction manual to guide the plumber in installing the gas line. John told me that it should be inside the fireplace, but I couldn't find it. He offered a website where I could print out the 40 page manual. I suggested that he simply send me a copy. He didn't want to have to print it off. I figured for $6000, I should get a manual rather than having to print it out myself. Eventually we learned that there was a hidden compartment under the fireplace and the manual was inside.
When John neglected to order the driftwood accessory I had asked for (and did not include it in the price), I told my contractor that I would rather buy it online, even at a higher cost. - which I did.
It is now December and we are still waiting for the front to the fireplace. We have no idea when the item will be in and have had no communication from John about the delay. Our contractor almost forgot that it is still missing.

They are very good and so nice and know absolutely well what is supposed to be done. We are literally right around the corner from them and anytime I need a window crank, I call them up and tell them the size of the window. They order it right away and are one step ahead of the game all the time and are wonderful. I go there and tell them who I am, fill up the paper work and go back and pick up the part. They know what they are supposed to do. I paid $15 on the window crank.

They are really good. They are very responsive. They give quotes that are fairly accurate. They are just really nice people to deal with. They do arrive on time. The price that they gave me was reasonable and the job that was done was quality work.
