+ -1 moreTHE FIRST SALESMAN WHO APPROACHED ME AS I ENTERED THE STORE LEFT ME AFTER HE SAW THAT TWO OTHER PEOPLE HAD ENTERED THE STORE AFTER ME. HE DID NOT OFFER ME ANY HELP WHEN I HAD CHOSEN SOME FURNITURE. FORTUNATELY, I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE ANOTHER SALESMAN WHO SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME WITH ME LOCATING THE PIECES (FROM OTHER KRONHEIMS STORES), THAT I HAD WANTED. THE FIRST SALESMAN WAS UNHAPPY THAT HE DID NOT GET COMMISSION ON MY SALE. HOWEVER, I FELT THAT THE COMMISSION WENT TO THE RIGHT FELLOW - THE ONE THAT ACTUALLY HELPED ME WITH THE SALE. IT IS BECAUSE OF HIM THAT I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE.
Description of Work: PURCHASE OF A NEW COUCH, LOVESEAT AND END TABLES.
