Ken was tremendously accommodating to a circumstance where I was shooting to get the work done before Super Bowl Sunday. We agreed to a Friday AM appointment. Ken was minutes early and started immediately. This platform was very heavy and he managed to complete the task mostly by himself, though I did assist with final placement. Ken was friendly, courteous and quite obviously was interested in getting the work done to my satisfaction. His work was craftsman quality, far exceeding my expectations. I would recommend him without hesitation and hope that I can call on him for other future carpet needs.

He was very responsive and always returned calls promptly. He is very polite. We felt he treated us respectfully. He was very good at explaining what the options were. He also was reliable. We had a great experience with him and would recommend him without reservation.
