They have been very good, everything they do is really do a good job. They sometimes backed up with works, and they kept my car for 2 days, for reason that a lot of the technicians went off. I really didn't liked it but they did a good job with the installation.

The workers communicate well and keep you informed.

Most of the repair was covered by the extended warranty. They were not fixing things and saying they were corrected. It took 5 times for them to find out what was wrong with tire pressure light. They need to listen to customer and their needs.

I have used them for various things over the years. A year ago I got a battery. They do all the maintenance of my car. I bought my car from them basically. I always take my car back there. For whatever comes up, I usually take my car there. For battery, checking up the air conditioning and stuff like that, I take it there. I am pleased with them. If I wasn't pleased with them, I wouldn't go back there. When I take it in to get my oil changed, I say, 'Look around and see if you see anything else that needs to be done.' And they might say, this needs to be treated. And I will say, 'Well  check the tires pressure and things like that.'  They always do extra stuff.

They do a nice job. They are always honest with me. If I need it, they tell me I need it. If I don't, then I don't. I always take my car there and they do a good job. I am very pleased with them.

They seem to be very reputable.  If I have problems they will tell me and what I need and don?t need.  I trust them and they have been true to their service.  They are very professional.  I have no problems with their work and I know they always do a good job.  

Their price is reasonable.  I have no problems with them.   

I had my 2014 Ram 1500 eco diesel serviced here. the oil change trip took 3.5 hours. every time i went to the service desk they told me it would be 15-30 more mins. it took this dealer 3.5 hours to change my oil. from a customer perspective they had the attitude of and quot;we will get to it when we feel like itand quot; i know that is most likely not the corporate response but nobody really cared and i could not get a straight answer until they were done with my service. i was then informed that computers were down, they didnt have the oil filter. had they told me that when i got there i would have rescheduled. i was told this was abnormal and they would take good care of me going forward. after leaving i noticed that the tech didnt reset my oil change meter. i had to take care of that when i got home.
we move to today 8-11-14.
i call ahead and schedule a 2pm appointment for a check engine light that came on. i showed up about 30 mins early knowing that it can take a few mins to get a desk person over to plug in the machine that pulls all the info on the truck. i get right in to see a person and get the truck and quot;enteredand quot; 45 mins later my appointment has now come and gone and the truck never moved from the spot it was entered into the system. no tech had looked at it. i went up to the service desk and was informed it would be at least 45 more mins before they could even assign it to a tech. what is the point of scheduling a time with these people? they have no intention of keeping the appointment. again the service person could have told me when i got there that they were running almost 2 hours behind schedule but he didnt say a word. epic FAIL in the customer service department.
the only good thing they did was honor a coupon for 99.00 diesel oil change and tire rotation. i had to get them to fix the bill because they tried to charge me for the tire rotation. after going back to the service manager he fixed the amount right away so i am chaulking that one up to an honest mistake.

They were good, friendly and efficient. They didn't just tell me I needed the work done; it was repairs that were necessary. They also picked me up when the car was done.

They're good. They always call me by name when I go in. They usually take good care of me. I've been going there for years.

I took my car in to Ganley Dodge Bedford on April 27th to have them find why car air conditioner was not cooling, and repair it under the Dodge 36 month basic warranty. They determined the problem was a split in the "A/C line". They had to order the needed raplacement part. It was a full week before the part came in. I made an appointment to take my car back in on May 11th at 8 am for the actual repair. Repair was completed in about 2 and a half hours, pretty much in line with the time estimate I had previously been given. When I picked up my car after the repair, there was no charge for any parts, materials or labor, as per the basic warranty agreement. car A/C now seems to work normally.

Salesman Jonathan and all other Ganley personnel, were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I got the price I wanted both for the new vehicle and my trade-in. Jonathan was able to explain all the new vehicle's features and functions in detail. He answered all my questions without needing to check with anyone else and without having to look anything up. He was obviously very well informed about all details of the vehicle he was selling. Entire procedure went very smoothly.
