I knew what I wanted and this car was on the lot and I didn't have to wait for it. It did take a couple weeks to get the paperwork organized. The people were very good.

I was visiting the Cleveland area from out of town when a message "key battery low" displayed on the dashboard. The car has an electronic start (not key operated), so without the battery, the car will not start. I called the service department and they said I could come in, on a walk-in basis, and the parts department would change the battery. I came in early Saturday morning and they promptly changed the battery, for nominal cost, and the problem appears to be solved.

They do a great job. They are never cheap but they are fair. I am on my third Subaru and have always taken my vehicles to them. They stand behind their work, everyone is always polite and treat everyone with respect.

Ganley Bedford VW has a nice facility for the customers. They provide a nice atmosphere, coffee, cookies. I do not like the TV, but this is only an issue if you want to work there with your laptop.
Other than that the quality of service is good, the staff is friendly, they keep you informed and whenever you have a question, they will answer it. They offer a free shuttle service and this is really nice.
It can be a bit pricey, but they usually have coupons if you are a loyal customer.
I bought a new car at a different place but I will definetly go back there for the service. The facility is very clean, it makes a very professional and good impression. I never had a problem and they were always very generous.
The wait can be a bit of a problem. The service is worth waiting though I have to say.

As usual, employees were courteous and helpful. Our appointment time was kept. The service was completed in a timely manner. We were given coffee and cookies and we waited. It was a most pleasant experience.

I would not recommend Ganely Volkswagaen Of Benford. I was having problems with the car after the service. Which turned out to be directly connected to what they had done. I took it in for brake work. Then I started losing brake fluid. I took it in again and they topped off the brake fluid. I took it to a different shop and they found a leak on the braking system and had to fix it. I have not had an issue with it since. Then I started having problems with windshield washing fluid. I took it to Ganely, they supposedly fixed it. I started having problems with it again, I took my car to a different shop, and found out that Ganely had not connected everything tight enough. I have not had a problem since. I now have a valve leak, and Ganely told me not to worry about it. Then I started noticing a smell, Ganely said they did not smell anything. So I took it somewhere else, they found the leak, but, could not fix it. I am taking it to a different VW specialist. They do have good customer service. I would not use Ganely again.
