Description of Work: MEMBER HIRED TO CLEAN AIR DUCTS IN RENTAL APARTMENT UNIT. WORKERS ARRIVED WITH GREASE ON CLOTHING & BOOTS.TRACKED GREASE ON TENANTS CARPETS, PULLED SCREWS FROM WALL WHEN CLEANING, GOT GREASE ON WALLS, LEFT DIRT FROM DUCTS SITTING IN PILES ON FLOOR AFTER WORK COMPLETED - NO CLEAN UP. MEMBER HAD TO HAVE WALLS REPAINTED, CARPET CLEANED, & OTHER WORK DONE.
