water heater repair, gas leak repair, home staging
+ 1 more6 days later I noticed a gas leak. I called them back and they said that because the co2 monitors didn't go off there was not leak. I have since found out that this is a lie becaue co2 monitors don't pick up natural gas. I tried to call them and got no response. I called another company who came out and saw that the connection was not taped or puttied so there would be a firm seal. When I called back today and since it's a year and a half old they are not responsible. I had the new company give me a break down of what it would cost to correct for labor just 275.00 to make everything work the way it should.
Description of Work: Instillation of new hot water heater.
