My gas heater had been shutting off periodically.  The weather here in Ohio is too cold for that!  I phoned them the night before and left a message.  I spoke with them the following morning and they were out at my house within an hour or so.  Turns out I just needed maintenance.  I have used them in the past and they have always been very professional.

After they left the furnace had a slight rattle, I called them immediately and they came back the next day.  He checked it out and told me it was not the ignitor, but couldn't tell me what was causing it.  That didn't sit well with me.  Sometimes it still rattles when it runs. 

I have had a very good experience. I have used them since I have been in my house. If they goof up, they fix it.

Excellent. They were very easy to deal with. Service person wore shields on his shoes in the house and arrived about 9:10 a.m. (had window of 9 to noon). I told him I didn't think the humidifier was working & he identified a water line issue which he fixed quickly with no additional charge. He even washed off my filters on the air cleaner - above & beyond! How refreshing.

Professional, on time service. Technician isolated problem to faulty (stuck) pressure switch. Repair only required tapping on exterior of switch. Tech showed me how to fix it myself if problem occurred again. Tech documented in paperwork the part number of switch in case I needed to order a replacement. Price was a little high but within acceptable range.

Very pleased with their work. They were able to schedule us within ten days, despite it being their busy season. They arrived on time, performed several tests to ensure that the system was working properly, and gave us advice on a few other things. They shut down the air conditioner, worked on optimizing the furnace, and checked all parts of the system. Price seemed reasonable for the amount of time they spent.
