CASTLE ROCK ELECTRIC LLC

Currently using Castle Rock Electric and we are beyond pleased! We have had electrical work done in almost every room and its turned out perfectly. Employees are professional and patient (as we made a few last minute changes) and answered all of our questions. They are thorough in each project we had. Will post photos once they are done, but we are VERY pleased. We will be using them again. 5 stars ++++! Thank you Ed and everyone!

Castle Rock cancelled an appointment an hour before he was due to show up. We even called to confirm the time the day prior and he was on board. Our appointment was for early afternoon and he called an hour before and said there was no way he was going to be able to come out that day. We had an appraiser coming the next day and had to have the repairs fixed that day. Very inconvenient but we ended up finding someone else to do the job same day.

out the day I called. According to the rep who assisted me over the phone, the technician reported that the problem was on their end, and that they were working to resolve the problem.

We had some intermittent/flickering power for a day or two on a few of our circuits. On Saturday night, the power to those circuits cut out for a few minutes - Time to call an electrician. I called around 5 PM, and they came out within 30 minutes... On a Saturday night! He did some diagnostics, and narrowed it down to a shorting/melted socket. I thought it was a bit pricey, but he was able to replace it immediately. Seems like a father/son family company... Perfect, and just the type of company I like to work with. Totally professional, and truly pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Working with Ed Ellis was the best experience of the 2011 season. He came on time, He even worked on a Sunday because I had a dead line. When I wanted an unusual cover for the outlets , he found them for me , even though he had bought something else.The work was done beautifully. I think that's because he is such a perfectionist. Besides that. he was always so pleasant.
