My family member ordered granite. They came to the house and took a template. We told them that we were using our existing faucet and soap dispenser. The granite was delivered and the hole for the soap dispenser was drilled under the side handle of the faucet. They said that we should have brought in the faucet, that I was using. It was their policy. We asked for new granite top. They refused the request. They first offered a chrome closing plate for the hole and would drill an additional new hole for the soap dispenser. We declined. They secondly suggested an oval escutcheon plate and drilling a new hole for the soap dispenser. We declined. Then, they offered a refund for a new faucet. Werefused since the existing faucet was a relatively new expensive faucet. During whole process they repeated that is was our fault for this problem since we did not bring in the faucet that we were using. If

THE COUNTERTOPS WE ORDERED WERE POST-FORM LAMINATE AND HAD TO COME FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER. THERE WAS A HOLD-UP AND THE COUNTERTOPS TOOK 5 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. CABINET CENTER GAVE US A DISCOUNT FOR OUR TROUBLE EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. THE COUNTERTOPS LOOK VERY NICE.

I VISITED TO SHOP ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY; THEY MEASURED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AND INSTALLED THE COUNTERTOP THE NEXT MONDAY. IT WAS MUCH FASTER SERVICE THAN I EXPECTED. THE COUNTERTOP IS BEAUTIFUL.
