The job went well. Randy arrived when he said he would and completed the job in 2 days (an afternoon thunderstorm forced him to stop early on day 1). The fence and deck look new! Our neighbors complimented us on the appearance of the fence (that could be seen from the street). Randy also provided personal service. He had us come outside and inspect the work; if there was anything we didn't like, he'd reclean it to our satisfaction. He called a few days after the job was done to see if we there was anything else that he needed to come back and do; he wanted us to be completely satisfied, and we were.
