Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. His pricing is extremely high but I decided (against my better judgment) to go for it with the expectation that the drapes would look perfect. Ken was extremely aggressive right from the start. He sent me a quote that was extremely high. Only after I declined his first offer did he come down somewhat on price. He also gave me an outrageous quote on bedroom curtains which I rejected. Despite this, he constantly tried to upsell me on the bedroom curtains. His lack of professionalism was evident. The curtains he installed looked very shabby. They simply did not have the look and feel of custom curtains in this price category. I was extremely disappointed. He also forgot to make the matching pillows he had agreed to in the contract. When I informed Ken that I was not happy with the curtains and asked about the pillows, he accused me of being a "child" and "would not deal with me any longer". As he had the majority of my payment my only option is court proceeding. Please learn from my mistake. I have since found much better options in the Cleveland market that are wonderful to work with.
