 + -1 moreWHEN I CALLED I TOLD THEM I HAD A COUPON AND THAT THE SOFA WAS VERY DIRTY. I WAS NOT TOLD UNTIL THE CLEANER ARRIVED THAT THERE WOULD BE A SIGNIFICANTLY ADDITIONAL COST TO THOROUGHLY CLEAN THE SOFA.
