 + -1 morenot easy to find someone to repair custom neon. I have a clock for my business that had cracked and would not light anymore. I called the neon workshop and went over the next day. I gave him the clock and got it back a week later good as new. I will not loose that business card!!

 + -1 morePOTENTIAL CUSTOMERS MIGHT WANT TO KNOW THAT THE NEON WORKSHOP IS REALLY A WORKSHOP. THE BUILDING HAS NO FACADE, NO SIGN IN FRONT, NO NAME ON THE BUILDING. IT IS THE KIND OF BUILDING YOU WOULD JUST PASS BY UNLESS YOU WERE LOOKING FOR THE ADDRESS. INSIDE THERE IS A SMALL COUNTER IN FRONT. THE REST OF THE ROOM IS A NOISY WORKSHOP WITH PEOPLE WORKING ON ALL SORTS OF SIGNS. ONE REASON THEY DIDN'T CALL ME BACK PROMPTLY WAS BECAUSE NO ONE HAPPENED TO BE IN THEIR OFFICE AND THERE WAS TOO MUCH NOISE TO HEAR THE PHONE RING. BUT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY DO GOOD WORK.
Description of Work: THE NEON WORKSHOP REPAIRED THE NEON LETTERING ON A DECORATIVE BEER SIGN. THE PEOPLE THAT I DEALT WITH WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I CAME DURING A BUSY WEEK FOR THEM, SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR MY SIGN UNTIL THE NEXT WEEK. THE WORK WAS DELAYED TWO MORE TIMES AFTER THAT (FOR A FEW DAYS EACH TIME). I CALLED THEM BEFORE DRIVING OUT, SO I WAS NOT INCONVENIENCED IN ANY WAY. AND SINCE THE SIGN WAS JUST USED FOR DECORATION IN OUR BASEMENT, I WAS NOT IN A HURRY FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED. THEY DID A NICE JOB, WHICH WAS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME THAN WHETHER OR NOT THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY.
