The Plumbing Source

We had a leak in a pipe from our kitchen sink to the basement. The plumber had to cut a hole in the plaster ceiling about 12 x 12" and then cut the pipe where it was leaking and replaced it with plastic pipe. It took about 2 hours total. We were charged a little over $1200. We were in a hurry to get it done, but we feel the price was very expensive. He solved the problem well, but wish we would have had the time to shop around.

The builder failed to connect the shower drain to the shower drain pipe. I called the Plumbing Source and was referred to Remodeling Source, same company. They were able to connect the shower drain to the shower drain pipe. The did an excellent job, Everything was explained to me in advance my questions were answered. The gentlemen who did the job were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job and were able to pull the shower stall out without any damage also placed cardboard on the floor to avoid damage. They put down drop clothes on the floors to keep my floors clean and cleaned up any mess. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. The price quoted was the price I paid.

Had leaks in the washing machine turn off valves. He was very thorough in explaining my options before proceeding with any wok. also had broken floor bolt on basement floor due to rust after many years. He replaced the flange that held the new bolt. HE was very professional,courteous,clean and tidy.

Very nice, seem trustworthy. Explained my options for a backup sump pump system, and guided me to the best for my situation. Only complaint is minor, one of the guys left a grease mark on my carpet entry mat. He pointed it out, but he didn't offer to clean it, or tell me how to clean it. I later found another fingerprint type smudge of grease on my finished basement wall. I can't attribute this to the guys for sure, but I can't think of how else it got there. These are MINOR notations. These were nice guys.
