Somrak Kitchens

Very well. We planned and scheduled 8 months ahead of construction to minimize problems and allow them to lock in the sub-contractors. Work was done ahead of schedule and all subs were professionals and the kitchen is beautiful!

Punctuality, price I got what I paid for. Their were expensive.

That was three years ago it's holding up very well, as of three years we move here from there three years ago so it was perfect when I left.

The company has a high degree of professionalism.
The representative I worked with is Jane Kadlub.  I can't say enough about her.  She was competent, attentive, available, and
paid attention to every single detail.  She spent a great deal of time helping me to make the right choices.
 There were some frustrations due to manufacturer's delays, and I believe that she and the management shared my
frustration as well.
I am impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to customer's satisfaction.  I would not hesitate to work with Somrak and especially with Jane again.

Outstanding.  From the very first visit, Nikki was gracious, helpful, thoughtful and responsive.  She offered suggestions while ensuring that our preferences were in the final layout and selections.  She was a true partner in the process,  and was complimented by our general contractor for being thorough, organized, and clear in the design & documentation.  Nikki was helpful in identifying sources for the specific items we wanted, and immediately was in tune with the look/style we were going for, and was a helpful expert in the appliances we were considering as well.  As we stumbled into challenges with our contractor, she offered suggestions and resources to help us move forward, and was able to recommend alternatives.  Nikki was onsite as needed, and inspected every inch of every cabinet upon their arrival, holding higher standards than even I do.  From a design perspective, she was able to assist us in maximizing every inch of our small, old kitchen, and helped to transform it into a modern, beautiful, functional space.  I simply can not recommend Somrak - and Nikki specifically - enough.  Look no further.

I came in with drawings of what I wanted and they tweaked it to make more workable.  Our sales consultant, Nikki, was professional and enjoyed working with her.  She followed up to see how everything turned out in my new kitchen.  I couldn't be happier with Somrak and Nikki!

Work overall went well.  Contractor very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs.  Make no mistake though....the work takes time, can be expensive, is noisy and dirty.  We had a complete tear down and renovation the work took about 3-4 weeks to complete.

BOB SOMRAK, JR., WAS WONDERFULLY ATTENTIVE. HE MADE SURE WE HAD ALL THE INFO WE NEEDED TO COMPARE PRODUCTS. HE GAVE US GOOD PRICES, WORKED WITH US ON INSTALLATION AND LOGISTICS, COOPERATED WITH OUR CONTRACTOR AND FOLLOWED UP TO BE SURE ALL WAS OPERATING PROPERLY.
