 + 0 moreI can't say enough about Wright-Patt Credit Union. Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and actually willing to help their customers achieve their goals. The closing and the ongoing process has been nothing but smooth. Great to see that yes, it is still possible in this day and age to find a financial institution with outstanding customer service, and which actually cares about helping its customers.
Description of Work: We were searching for a mortgage lender with high credibility and service, plus competitive rates. Thankfully we explored one of Wright-Patt Credit Union's branches in Columbus (on High Street - Clintonville). Rob and their team went the extra mile to offer us a competitive mortgage rate, and were very transparent on any fees and costs. My wife and I were recently self-employed consultants, and traditional banks wouldn't provide a mortgage except at much higher rates. My wife had been a member of WPCU for years, so we decided to see what they could do. As a long-time respected credit union, Wright Patt stepped up and provided a solution, great service and a good rate on a 30-year mortgage.

 + -1 moreThe credit unit has shared branches so you don't have to go to them. You can go to any credit union around almost and that's why I've always stuck with them. I've been with them since I graduated in high school. You can go to almost credit union ATM's and you still don't get charged any fees. Shareholders dividends, every year, you get extra interest back every year. When I went to them when I had the fraud, they were professional and they were able to print a new credit card right there. They gave me the fraud papers and explained everything.

 + -1 moreThey have been my bank for a while and I have nothing to complain about. They do what a bank does. I don't make appointments with them and I don't spend money on them. I don't do anything with them other than doing my online banking. They get my check for my bills. I don't do anything special with them. I don't have any plans of switching banks.
