Because they are a company their probably doing more like health care and other things, sometimes when you hire maids that is an independent contractor, I hire somebody that does it on her own and she pays her own social security she may use her husband health care she may not charge as much, I have had other people in the house in the pass that have done about the same and they were probably a little less expensive.
I can call and change the day, if I give then twenty four hours notice like we aren't going to be here, so I can call them with twenty four hours and get a different days.

When I called back to say that we didn't want to include our finished basement in the regular cleanings, she removed them, gave us a new estimate immediately, and said that we could add those rooms on anytime we needed them cleaned. The final estimate was $131 for the first two cleanings ($141 before the $10 Angie's list coupon) and $105 for each cleaning after that. If we want to add the basement in, it's $30 for the whole thing, or they can add on individual rooms if we want.
Monday was our first cleaning. We arrived home from work while Janice and Anne were still cleaning. They were friendly and obviously working hard. They did a great job and we are looking forward to how clean our home will be going forward. The bathrooms and kitchen were in great condition and the bedrooms looked great.
We will definitely recommend TCA to any one looking for a cleaning service.
