Germain Honda of Beavercreek

On 10/6/16 I took my vehicle to their shop for repairs. On 10/20/16 I picked my car up and my vehicle began making a distinctive clicking and popping noise as I drove home. I called Germain and informed them about the the noise and area where the noise was coming from (Front right tire). I returned my car two business days later in order to have a technician determine the problem. I was told a technician looked at my vehicle and test drove it. They confirmed it was making the same noise however I was told they couldn't determine the exact problem without doing a full diagnostics . In this particular situation this was second party insurance claim and Germain informed me the noise had nothing to do with the accident damage. I was told it would be responsible for any new cost for repairs. Since my vehicle had never made this sound prior to us taking to Germain, I decided to take my vehicle to a different auto shop in order to get second opinion. My vehicle was found to missing three(3) of four (4) lug nuts from the front right tire. Not only did Germain let me drive off their lot in a unsafe vehicle the first time, but let me drive off a second time after it was allegedly check out by a service technician. There was only one lug nut holding the front tire on the vehicle and it was overlooked! A service technician overlooking something as simple as lug nuts missing from a wheel is a serious safety concern.
