These guys totally ROCK. I needed 2 doors installed and I didn't know where to start. They made the whole process painless on my end... and when Lowes gave me the run around several times, they showed up and handled the issue for me and made sure I had what I wanted. The went above and beyond..... oh yeah, and my news doors look phenomenal!!! Almost forgot to mention I called 3 other places in the Beavercreek area and they were literally twice as much for the same job. Awesome works guys! Thanks again

I wanted to give Ben a much nicer review, as the work he did was pretty good overall. But he is gone silent since he received payment, and wont follows up on issues. When I hired him, it was to completely redo my bathroom that another company did a HORRIBLE job on. I made it clear that one requirement I had in choosing a company was their willingness to be an expert witness for me in taking the first company to court for the terrible job they had done. Ben claimed to be in full agreement with this and was to take pictures, keep receipts, etc, as he did the job over. But as soon as he got paid for the work, he has not replied to a single call, message, or voice mail. I made it clear that his time spent giving witness would be paid for also...I told him this at the start and many times since. Still, no answer. He wont reply to me either about one of the cabinet drawers not closing properly or about caulking in the tub that is not holding properly.
