They were prompt and did a good job using quality parts, but pricing was deceptive and ended being higher than advertised! They came quickly after hours. I need the door repaired..so I went ahead even though the price was on the high side and more than promoted or advertised. I think they set a trap, but I needed my door spring repaired.

The technician was great -- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He arrived even earlier than the dispatcher had promised. And he worked efficiently and finished the work quickly. My only concern was the price. The initial price was much higher than I had ever paid for this repair before. After the estimate, I was not willing to have the repair made. The technician managed to find ways to reduce the price significantly. The price was still high, but considering that it was a Sunday and other repair shops would probably charge an emergency fee, I went ahead with the repairs. This shop was one of the very few offering Sunday service and might well be the only one in the area open at all on Sunday. The quality of the work seems fine and the technician assures me that the replacement springs are guaranteed and superior to those he replaced. I would give the technician an "A" across the board. My only caveat is the cost. If the springs do last at least ten years as promised, then the cost will have been justified.

FANTASTIC. PROFESSIONAL. INFORMATIVE AND KEPT ME VERY UP TO DATE ON EVERY MOVE IS WHAT I CAN SAY ABOUT BRANDON MY TECH. I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMMUNICATION ON THE BUSINESS SIDE OF THINGS BUT THAT IS THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY NEGATIVELY ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE.

Technician was very knowledgable and gave prices for repairs verses a new garage door. He answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service.

Keith was personable and professional. He had my new spring installed within 15 or 20  minutes, yet didn't seem rushed when we interacted. I felt safe while he was working, which is important to me as a middle-aged widow. I have had dealings with this company twice before in the last three months, as I have aging garage doors, and my experience has always been excellent. If the worker was delayed in coming beyond the promised time, I have been given a discount, which shows consideration for my time. One advantage to hiring this company is that a worker comes out the same day I call. Another is that I don't have to take off work, because a worker will even come on the weekend, which seems to be when things most often break.  I am thoroughly satisfied with Garage Door Sales.
