The shutdown problem was due to overheating so Rich blew out the dust and recommended that I get a cooling platform because my laptop runs very hot when processing. The problem has not happened again and my computer is running faster.

Recently spent $1000 on software for my business. Unfortunately my Windows Vista pc wouldn't support the software. Computer Troubleshooters saved me the cost of a new laptop by discovering my McBook Pro will handle the software. Computer Troubleshooters also successfully navigated me thru the nasty snap do virus. Now I dont have to wait for my nephew to wake up a noon to fix my computer woes. Thanks you, Computer Troubleshooters!!!

Everyone was very nice, and the end result is great. The only problem I got the PC back a day later than expected, and when I got it home the drivers didn't work.
The real problem was; and the reason I will not go back is that rather than admitting a mistake on their part, they told me I must have hooked it up wrong. Now I've had this PC for a couple of years, and have moved it around the house more than a few times. Plus I checked and rechecked the connections for a full day before taking it back.
The real problem is: if they can't admit a mistake, I can't trust them. The problem with the PC was a small one. What would they have said if it was something big.
Response from CT
"Dear (member name removed), I am glad you were ultimately pleased with the end result of our service. I am also very sorry you had problems with the drivers on your PC and that we failed to meet your expectations on getting the work done properly and in the time frame you expected. I am dismayed by your statement that we failed to admit our own mistake. If we came across that way I apologize and will look into that so that it does not happen again. I admit that we are not perfect and do make mistakes from time to time, but we always gladly follow up on the work we perform at no additional charge to make it right. We appreciate your business and if we can be of further service to you, we appreciate that even more. Sincerely, Cliff Brust Owner - Computer Troubleshooters"
