The paint he placed on the backyard trees cannot be removed the damage is irreversible as I have asked another tree company to come and look these over. I now have to have those trees cut down as the painted areas look really bad. He was not even asked to do anything in my back yard at all.

They were conscientious and watched where the limbs fell. The tree was close to the fence line and the house and they did a good job taking its. They also did a great job trimming my other trees. I had 3 bids and Boyd Tree Service was the lowest price.

We were extremely pleased with their willingness to discuss options and suggest additional steps in trimming as the job progressed. Their respect for our concerns was impressive. They did not just tear through the job, but took care to protect everything on the ground, returning the yard to order when they were done. We will hire them again.

WHAT WE COULD TELL WAS THAT THEY CLEANED UP. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY WERE JUST GOING TO SHAPE OUR TREES. THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO. THEY CUT OUR NEIGHBORS TREES ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND.
