We needed a patio cover repair along with additional attic insulation, and roof inspection. Along the way they recommend the closing of gable ends to aid in attic ventilation. They gave us a proposal we felt good about. All interactions beginning with the initial visit and inspection and recommendations and completion of all phases of the work was great. Communications were prompt and professional. Every person was on time and thorough. After all the work was completed we had a couple questions and the lead supervisor personally came out and addressed our questions to our full satisfaction. Thanks to Russel, Donnie and sadly I forget the names of the 2 men who performed the insulation and gable enclosures. They too were on point with friendly and profession work. Highly recommend them all.

I was extremely happy with BoneDry. From the initial meeting with Sam, he took the time to video and explain everything, to meeting Clay, who took the time to answer all my silly questions, to Shawn, who made sure everything was done perfectly and made sure to update me regularly with progress and his crew did great. I love my new roof. And I just want to say these guys were all absolutely amazing. Keep these guys around cause they're the face of your company and with their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personalities your company will continue to grow! Thank you all!

Had a long list of maintenance type work done this summer on a home we justed moved into that was quoted during our inspection. I pointed out holes in our roof that we specifically had bowls set out for in our attic. Upon rushing out the door at the end of the day (and accidentally leaving the majority of his equipment in my backyard) I asked him if he got the hole, which he said yes. He didn't. So he lied. I know because I got up there and checked. Called the manager who came out and looked, noted that the hole was still there and apologized. Told us his guy was a good guy and must have been having a bad day. No problem. Tech comes back out. Rinse and repeat. Problem still not fixed. A month or so has now gone by since this whole thing started. Called and left a message for the manager again, who calls me back the next day (Joe I think was his name) and he proceeds to *yell* at me over the phone about how I haven't paid my bill, talk down to me and generally treat me like garbage. "I can't keep sending my guy out there!" (We're 5 minutes from your office but also the work isn't done so that isn't an option?) "My gut SAID it was done!" (Take that up with your guy? I can see the sun through my roof?) "You can't just return something to Walmart because you don't like it!!" (I'm not sure how that's relevant but yes, you actually can. Their return policy is pretty good. A better analogy is that I don't pay for food I've ordered that wasn't given to me?) "You NEED to pay your BILL!" (I keep telling you I can't pay for work that hasn't been done yet!) "That work isn't in your contract!" (It actually is if you want to read through it with me?) "Well I don't have it in front of me." (Um...) All that and more. I was shocked if I'm being honest at this level of hostility over something his own tech did wrong, twice. Also, they never sent me a bill or even called to get a payment, which I assumed wasn't done because the work still wasn't done. I explained I can't pay for work that hasn't been completed to which he continues yelling at me more about how I need to pay. Luckily I have 3 children and so my patience these days is considerable so I calmly explained to him that the bottom line is the work needs completed. After about ten minutes he tells me he's going to come out and so the work his self. I ensured my husband would be here when Joe came because I didn't feel safe being alone here after how aggressive snd unprofessional he was. My husband greeted him upon arrival and let me tell you I literally LAUGHED out loud at the complete change in demeanor. It became quite clear Joe has no use or respect for women. He talked to my husband with grace, kindness and apologized more than once. Which was good considering he found that an entire line item on our bill (boots on the gutter I think?) wasn't done AT ALL either (while also reassuring my husband that his guy "was a good guy"). I can't say for certain if all employees at Bone Dry are this way but I'm 2 for 2 on employees that I have real concerns over. Bottom line: I love supporting local business but this isn't one I can recommend or would EVER use again.

We are very happy with our gutter system. We had a new roof installed in June within 1 month we noticed shingles curling. We have called several times to get a copy of the shingle warranty and to have someone come and take a look at the curling shingles. We have been told we would get an emailed copy of the warranty and someone would come and look at the shingles. It’s now October and we still have no copy of the warranty and no one has come to look at shingles.

We had our roof replaced by Bone Dry. My problem is with the Crew they sent out. The Foreman was 23 yrs old and not Bilingual. The entire crew could not speak English and I was told the Foreman was communicating with them via a Translator App? Never saw him use it once or any of the Crew. They worked for an hr after dark and when I questioned the office staff about the liability, safety and workmanship of this practice I was told â Thatâ s why we have insuranceâ After 3months the new roof began to have some lifting and bowing of the Shingles. They did come out and fix this, but I asked for another crew to be sent out instead of the original group. They told me they â understoodâ , but I got the same crew again. I had another roofing company come out and review work they did. This company said it â was not the cleanest job and would not have passed with their company. Also ,there was some poor nail placement and materials were too bunched together. I have informed Bone Dry of the assessment and they are sending one of their senior members out - this will be the 4th or 5th time I have had to meet with someone after the roof was originally installed. Very, very disappointed. Wouldnâ t recommend these folks to anyone!!!!
