As previously described, they came on time. They dismantled the outdoor gym set and hauled it away.

Mike showed up the day after I called him. He gave me a quote and cleared our junk in the same day. I don't think the garage has been this clear in 50 years. He even swept the garage when he was done. It looked great. I would definitely hire him again.

I had a great experience with Cordell Hauling. All the wood was removed quickly and nothing was left behind.

I placed a call and got an answering machine but my call was returned the same day. Everything went just as the first call, very prompt and came as promised. I had a freezer, 2 treadmills, a weight machine and other heavy items removed. All were removed quickly and any debris cleaned up. The price was better than I thought it would be. Definitely a man to call. I work nights and he was willing to work with me on time and then was very prompt.

MIKE WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND MET ME AT THE STORAGE LOCKER. HE CHECKED AMOUNTS AND WEIGHT AND THEN (PROMPTLY) GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I THOUGHT HIS ASKING PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE. THEN HE MET ME THE NEXT DAY AND DID ALL THE WORK, AS HE SAID AND CHARGED ME AS HE QUOTED. HE WAS PROMPT, VERY SOCIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

We chose Mike Cordell of Cordell Hauling because of the high ratings he has received on Angie s List. Once again, the List has served us well. Mike came to out house (on time) to give us an estimate. We agreed upon a very reasonable price and set a date for him to come back and complete the job. The day before he was to do our job, he called to confirm the date and time. He arrived on time and completed the job and even though we made some changes, he did not change the price. We were very pleased with Mike s work and his price. We will definitely call Mike Cordell and Cordell Hauling the next time we need his services. We give Cordell Hauling all "A's"!

I was very pleased with the service they were very prompt and responsive. They did a very good job with the service. They were also courteous and nice people to work with.

They arrived on time, perform the work as previously agreed on. They performed the work in a timely and careful manner and even replaced doors that were removed for the job earlier. Also, a discount was received for the work, which was greatly appreciated. They did very good work.

I am very happy to get rid of this stuff so now I can plant more flowers. I didn't even know if someone would/could remove it.

Mike returned my phone call promptly, and gave me an estimate based upon my description of the job. He arrived promptly, removed the debris and swept up afterwards.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS PROMPTLY. THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE. THEY REMOVED LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE FROM A BASEMENT AS WELL AS THE THIRD FLOOR, AND AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF OLD WOOD AND PIECES FROM A GARAGE. GIVEN THE NATURE OF REMOVING HEAVY PIECES FOR FURNITURE THEY'RE PRICES WERE EXTREMELY REASONABLE.

Mike was very accommodating. I don't live at the property and he was willing to pick up my debris and trust me enough to pay him at a later time. I appreciated his flexibility with payment. Also, the debris was on the front lawn and I needed it removed as soon as possible and he was able to remove it in a very timely manner. Good experience and Mike was a nice guy.

Ran into no issues. I would use him again. Had to cancel initial appointment due to a worker not showing up, but he called, didn't just not show up.

They were punctual and returned all phone calls when I left a message.

Mike came out the next day to give a quote and to do the work, as I had requested.

Mike responded promptly to my message, gave me an estimate over the phone while he was looking at the job, and hauled away the items the same day! It was a very pleasant experience. I would certainly use him again. He left the area of the yard that where the cinder blocks were very neat and even tidied up the patio where the grills were. Overall, a great experience.

Returned phone call within 1/2 day and came on promised day (2 days later) and removed debris.

Mike returned my call the same day. We set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. He arrived on time. He returned the next day and did the garage and shed, returned on Monday to do the basement. Mike is fair and very personable. His work far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire him again.

Incredibly prompt ... I called that morning, in a panic because these items were left over and needed to be moved before the new owners took possession, and Cordell showed up that afternoon. They were also pleasant.

MIKE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO RETURN OUR CALL, WHICH IS GREAT. IT WAS OUR FAULT THAT WE WERE PLAYING PHONE TAG, AND HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE HE GOT IN TOUCH WITH US. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED US OUT.
