It went great! It’s been a long time doing business with people who will give you good quality service and give you a product that will last for a lifetime with a warranty. This business was handled with good honest integrity and they really are genuine. That’s what you want to go with. Don’t settle for other just because they seem cheaper. The truth is, if you want it done right, pay good the first time and you won’t have to backtrack with future problems. People have this mentality that they must get something that looks great for very low price but then they find out that the work they had done was made with cheap material and then they end up having to spend more money to get it repaired. So you might as well hire someone with a good reputation who will see to it that the job is done right the first time so that you don’t end up paying triple. Jeff, founder of Zen Windows, was straight up front truthful with me about pricing and no hidden fees. Promise kept. The installer, Tim and his assistant were very polite to me. They were very professional and neat. They did not disturb the neighbors by any debris or stepping over territory lines. They were quiet and worked well together as a team, simply discussing everything based on the windows and their full attention was on their work. They were not rude as some workers I’ve seen that would be talking about their personal private life while working. These guys kept it all business and all discussions were about the windows and asked me a couple questions. I like to see those kind of workers who are focused. Very sober in their work. Mature. I felt comfortable around them. We need more people like that in business. The windows are great quality and will last for a lifetime. I highly recommend Zen Windows for your home projects that need done. They installed the windows and payment was an easy transaction. I intend to use them again in future projects.
