Vic's Bricks

Great! Vic was very professional, start to finish. He explained in detail each part of the quote, and answered all of my questions respectfully. He and his crew cleaned out all the old mortar, replaced broken bricks, realigned pieces that had gone askew, and matched the new mortar to that on the rest of the house. The house looks solid, and just from looking at it, you can't tell that there was work recently done on these areas. This is one pro I am keeping on file, and I will refer all my friends to him as well!

Amazing start to finish.  I actually consulted Victor a few years ago about this project (2013).  Victor gave me a very fair estimate for repair, but I used another company (despite their higher estimate) because they offered to do some unrelated work and it seemed more convenient at the time.  The company I hired did an awful job and I immediately regretted not hiring Victor.
When I called Victor for an estimate this year (2015), he immediately remembered me (and my chimneys).  He was very courteous and understanding about my previous decision, which I appreciated.  He came out within a few days and gave me a very fair price on a huge project.  I doubt that I could have found any other company that would have been willing to do this work, much less with such expert attention and at a fair price!  I suspect most companies would have required me to completely rebuild both chimney's from the ground up, but Victor was able to expertly work on the problem areas and keep the part that were still healthy/intact.
He and his men were friendly and maintained a neat worksite, despite the mess involved with grinding out so much mortar.  This was very messy work, but the contained the dust and debris well.  Victor kept me informed daily of his progress.  He finished the work in less time than I expected, and the final result it absolutely amazing.  My chimney's look brand new!  Because I was also doing some painting, Victor offered to coordinate with my painters and even offered to let them use his scaffolding.
Overall, I strongly recommend Victor Neuman.  He is an expert at what he does, and an absolute pleasure to work with!   He is an honest man.  He will give you the correct information about what your project requires and offer you a fair price.  I could not be more pleased.
