MR. BOGAN IS A VERY DETAIL INDIVIDUAL AND BELIEVES IN RESTORING THE HOME TO IT'S BEST CONDITION. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY CARES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK. WHEN HE PAINTED MY HOME LAST FALL (2004), HE REMOVED 50% OF THE OLD PAINT OFF OF THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME. HE DID THIS BECAUSE OF ALL THE LAYERS OF PAINT THAT MY 80 YEAR HOME HAD BUILD UP OVER THE YEARS. NOW THAT HE IS REDOING SOME OF THE EXTERIOR PAINT HE DID LAST YEAR, HE IS SCRAPPING ALL THE AREAS THAT DIDN'T SEEM TO NEED IT LAST YEAR, BUT DOES THIS YEAR. THEN HE WILL PRIME AND PAINT IT AGAIN AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
