Dan's initial visit was to diagnose the problem and after 5-6 attempts made repairs to the valve box and a number of leaks. Dan often rescheduled appt. or couldn't make it until very late in the day. Dan then repaired each head that was broken. On more than one occasion he didn't bring the correct heads and didn't bring flags. He didn't use a remote control to turn the zones on and often times his return trip was several days or weeks after his last visit, so he usually forgot what was remaining to be done. He insisted on repairing each zone w/o looking at the system as a whole. 9 mos. later I have a huge water bill and dead grass and dry beds to confirm this. Since it was not done properly, I need to have the system redesigned.
