IN EVERY POSSIBLE RESPECT MAUND''S SERVICE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND PREPARATION WERE SUPERB. HE ADVISED ON WAYS TO SAVE MONEY (E.G. REMOVE APPLIANCES AND SHOE MOLDING MYSELF); HE LAID OUT TILES SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE ACHIEVING THE PERFECT LOOK.
