The work was done very well but was taken aback by three men to do the job! One sat at a table and set the locks/tumblers, one repaired the glass and locks and one also assisted in the installation. I just wasn't expecting three people nor that it took almost 4-5 hours!

My only complaint was that they could not get to me until over a week - but then, I needed a morning appointment. That's good for them - means they have business. When I explained the problem, I was given a date. I asked if they took checks and the person calculated the amount plus tax and I was able to have the check ready as someone other than I would be at the house. They were efficient and very reasonable.

ALL WORK WAS DONE WITH ONE VISIT TO OUR HOUSE. WORK WAS DONE WELL. AREA WAS CLEAN UPON COMPLETION - THERE WAS NO GLASS LEFT ON FLOORS OR IN WINDOW SILL.
