We had backup from our sump pump that led to a few feet of water in the basement. Our furnace and hot water tank was damaged as result of the flood. Our insurance company recommended several remediation services one of whom was ServPro. Once we called they responded very quickly. The team was very professional, friendly and responsive. They cleared the water; set up fans to dry things out and came back to apply anti-mold treatments to the walls and floors. Highly recommend their services.

Servpro was great from the first phone call with Aimee. Even before the insurance company authorized proceeding, Jack stopped by my home in South Euclid and advised on steps to be taken, and explained what they would do. So helpful. Once we received the go ahead, they were there immediately. Courteous, professional, responsive - always returned my phone calls promptly - and willing to do whatever needed to be done throughout the entire process. All in all, terrific. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Jack was very prompt, thorough, and efficient. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. He was available anytime by phone (we had a circuit breaker trip outside business hours when we used the microwave on the same circuit and I had to call to ask how to turn the equipment back on). Everything was cleaned up thoroughly. He was also good about working with the insurance companies (there were two as part of the damage was with our insurance company and part with the condo association). Hopefully I will never need them again but I would use them again without hesitation.
