SELECT COMFORT

They said no problem and it would be delivered. I called back to make sure they would still continue to deliver even past the scheduled of delivery time. It got to be 5:30 and had not heard from them. I called again and they assured me they would be there. At 6:10 I called and they said they were leaving and would be there in 1/2 an hour. At 7:15 he still had not shown up. At that point I called the delivery place back. Once they got there they were very nice and pleasant. It wasn't there fault they were late. Believe it or not there are 2 towns called Perry and both towns have the same street intersection names where I live. They were in the wrong Perry and had to travel 2 1/2 hours to the correct town of Perry to deliver the mattress. After their long drive back, they still had two jobs before they could get to me. They were willing to compensate for the delayed delivery time by knocking off the delivery charge and set up charge of $150.
