Peter's knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us with our home purchase made the experience a pleasure. During this time, Peter also consulted with us whenever we had questions about the sale of our property in Chicago. Previously, Peter was able to sell a home in Shaker Heights that sat on the market for nearly a year with the first agent. Peter re-evaluated the pricing and expended considerable time and effort making internal enhancements to improve the marketability of the property. This was especially helpful as we were living out of state by that point. The house sold shortly thereafter. We highly recommend Peter for any real estate transaction.
