I loved the job he did and would highly recommend his services.

We arrived in basement garage at 9 AM and no one was there. Cruised Eton Mall, to see if we were in the right place and returned to basement. Waited until 9:30 and had to leave. Apparently the phone doesn't get forwarded, as no one was picking up.

Didn't come to pick up car, service was never done.

Dominick was able to fit me into his busy schedule just before the Thanksgiving holiday. He did a fantastic job, making a battered 2008 minivan look like new! Very professional service. I won't take my car anywhere else for detailing.

I made appointment about 10 days in advance. I called 2 days before appointment to confirm drop off and spoke to them and confirmed details. I showed up at 9 AM and no one was there. At 10:10 AM I finally left with no one showing up. I called repeatedly and left a message and my call has never been returned. Completely unprofessional.

The were able to pick up my car from a couple suburbs over and bring it back when they were done.  Which is a really awesome service, since I didn't have the ability to get it to them myself.  They didn't charge extra for it either.  Car hasn't been this clean since I bought it probably, looks great.  They did a great job at a great price for detailing (the dealership wanted double what they charged), and the convenience was amazing.  Thanks guys.

I have zero complaints with the service that they did. I own a black Ford F150 which I took to four different auto detail shops in four years. I've dealt with Perfection Auto Detailing twice now and I wouldn't recommend going to anyone else.

They did an amazing job! They got all of the car seat creases out of my backseat and the car was spotless! Excellent job.

Service performed exceeded my expectations.

I emailed them and then I talked to them and I think we are going to get in on Monday but it is such a long distance to drive to get it done. They did email me back and contacted me until we went there and told me what their prices were, their services and their availability.

Scheduling an appointment was easy: they were able to clean my car two days from the call. In addition, someone picked up my car at my home and delivered it back to me at the end of the day. There was no additional charge for this service. Their time estimate to complete the work was right on target.
Every part of my car is sparkling clean: floor mats, underneath the seats, each interior nook and cranny, the wheels, even small fingernail scratches behind the exterior door handle were buffed out.

Nice guys, really pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

The location of their shop in the garage at Eaton Place is sort of hard to find. They're in the underground garage, which has closed gates during the work day. You have to call them right when you drive up so they can open the gates.

I called on a Tuesday and was given a Thursday appointment. The gentleman who answered the phone, Josh, was extremely polite, pleasant, and helpful. I dropped my car off at 10AM and was given the option of waiting, which I declined. Instead, I picked the car up at 4:30PM.
My car is a 2009 model -- I wanted to get it detailed to protect it from the winter elements, not necessarily because it was looking dirty and dull. I was expecting the car to look great, but I was stunned to see that it was SHOWROOM GREAT! In fact, I think it looks better than the day I picked it up new from the dealer!
I give the company a B for price simply because I always am looking for a deal. That said, I did get exactly what I paid for and I will definitely be using Perfection Auto again and again. Note: if you get both the interior and exterior detail service, the price for a car is $160.00 -- now THAT is a great deal!

I checked Angies List for auto detailing companies in my geographical area in early September 2011 and, after reading the reports on Perfection Auto Detailing, decided to try them out on my 1993 Lexus LS 400. When Perfection returned the car to me, I was amazed with the outcome. The car had been in great shape but, after the exterior and interior were detailed, it looked like it had just come out of the showroom. I subsequently sold the Lexus for twice what the dealer was offering on a trade in.

After having the Lexus detailed, I then had Perfection detail the 2008 Chrysler Town and Country.

They did a pick up and delivery service. They were on time and very polite.

Well, that was disappointing.

When I called to make the appointment, I asked Domenic how early I could bring the car in. He told me that there's usually someone at the shop by 7:30 am, but that between 6 am and 8 am he's out picking up cars for the day's service. He told me that he would be no more than five minutes away and that I should bring the car in and call him when I got there. We agreed on a 7 am drop off.

Well, when I arrived at the shop at 7:15 am on the scheduled day, I called and got voice mail. I left a message. About 10 minutes later, I called back. Domenic answered and said someone would be at the shop at 7:30 am to look at my car. At 7:40, when no one showed up, I had to get to work, so I left.

Note that the shop is inside the underground parking garage at Eaton Collection, which requires a key card for entry before 6 pm weekdays. So, I was parked at the top of the ramp waiting.
